Our body is actually made for everything natural. Start with food and drinks, stick to raw food and natural drinks. Water helps in detox and cleansing in a great way. Fruit & vegetable juices, simple soups, coconut water are some of the examples. Breath fresh, difficult for people who lives in city, so take deep breathes, do breathing exercises.
