Human body produces harmful molecules called free radicals. Once formed these highly reactive radicals can start a chain reaction  and react with important cellular components such as DNA, or the cell membrane. Cells may function poorly or die if this occurs. 4)  Exercise: we were born to move, jump, run, walk and all the possible movements you can think of. There is no excuse for exercise. It helps improve circulation which helps in healing.
